Welcome to the Erie 1 BOCES Special Education and Alternative Education Credential Page. Our online registration system, Operoo, is the required way for Districts to submit student referrals and related service requests, both for Special Education and Alternative Education. 

In order for your District to receive an Operoo account, you will need to complete the survey below. Once complete, we will provide you with one "User" credential, which can be shared with designated staff. All accounts must be linked with one email address. This email address will receive all the correspondence from Operoo, including referral submissions and information about a submission. Please indicate in the box below, which email address you would like linked to the account. Please note, the email address can be changed at any time without impact to the District account. 

Please note, new for 24-25 - Each District can set-up one Special Education Account and one Alternative Education Account. This will differentiate the types of referrals being submitted.
