Transportation: Babysitter Request Form

Requests for change in transportation for babysitting purposes, Day Care, and/or after school L.E.A.P. or SCOPE programs will be accommodated under the following District guidelines:

Sitter MUST be in school attendance zone.
Seats must be available on requested bus.
Requests are for a full week; no partial week will be honored.
When Brentwood Schools are closed, there will be NO TRANSPORTATION to L.E.A.P. or SCOPE.
Forms submitted after August 1st will not be processed for the start of school.
